Please support the Castlemitchell Ladies with their fundraising "Guess the Score" of the Kildare v Dublin, Allianz Football League Div.1 Round 4 match on Sun. 10th March 2013 in Croke Park. only €2 per guess with €50 for the winner or nearest score. The best of luck to the 3 girls, Amy O Shea, Emma Harris and  Leanne Kelly who had trials with Kildare U14 team. The club are very proud of them, also Niamh Mulhall who is playing with Kildare U16s.

Fancy a fun night out with a 70s and 80s theme then come along to the Clanard Court Hotel on the 30th March where Castlemitchell ladies are organising  a great night of music and craic. More later.

Castlemitchell ladies played their first match this year a friendly against Park Ratheniska who showed their senior experience in a very open game of football .Early in the game the girls matched their opponents in all areas of the field but then we lost Nicola Lawless to a hand injury and they gained the upper hand until the half time break.We saw a contender for goal of the season from Linsey Donavan with a screamer from all of 40 yards,the 2nd half saw Castlemitchell steady the ship with a workman like performance with the final score Park Ratheniska  3-14 to Castlemitchell 3-6. In a steady team performance there was a great attitude from all the girls.
