on Wednesday 23rd Jan at 7.30pm.  Shake off the Christmas excess by joining our very successful Operation
Transformation. Starting on Friday 4th January 2013 at 7 pm in the clubhouse and continuing for 8 weeks for just €5 per week. On the 4th January we are providing free health checks, free nutritional advice on how to lose weight, improve fitness, reduce body fat, beat cholesterol, build muscle, reduce the chances of heart attack and stroke etc. We will also have weekly walks on Sunday mornings.
