Congratulations to Churchtown school on a great win in the senior school finals held in Moorefield yesterday . Against a fine opposition in Johnstownbridge and going into the second half 9 points done Churchtown fought back to win by 2 points. With 2 goals from Andrew Doyle , Ross Harris and a penalty from Brian Kelly this was a tense ending into a very exciting match. Johstown playing the better football in the first half raced into the lead with 3 goals but never gave in a with good advice from the coaches at half time they came out a different team to finish top. Well done to the four coaches D Fennin ,B Maher,F Foley and J Dooley who give there time each week to help coach th kids in Churchtown school .
