 The Castlemitchell GFC Couch to 5k Challenge is now entering its 7th week of training. It's never too late to join. With over 40 participating 3 times a week this has proven to be most enjoyable thanks to John, Laura and Elaine who are brilliant coaches.  Get your thinking caps on for the Castlemitchell GFC Table Quiz in Pat Dunne's Lounge on Friday 6th June at 9pm. €40 per team of four. As always your support is appreciated.
 As part of a fundraiser we are collecting clean clothing, curtains, towels, handbags, shoes and old mobile phones. This is a great opportunity to get rid of unwanted clothes and mobiles for free and in the process support Castlemitchell GFC.
