u13's v Suncroft

Castlemitchell travelled to Suncroft yesterday morning for their secnd game in the u13's league.On a damp surface both teams produced an excellent game of football with Castlemitchell fnishing out on top on a score of Castlemitchell  6-8 Suncroft 4-8. Playing up the hill Castlemitchell started quicker with a point from Luke Maher and another point from James Corcoran before Suncroft got there first score. Both teams keep moving the ball swiftly up the field and with goals from Daragh Ashton,Oisin Flynn and Ross Harris  Castlemitchell and also goals from Suncroft both teams went in at half time with Castlemitchell ahead by 5 points. In the second half it was much the same with both teams matching each other nearly score for score with Castlemitchell getting points from Jack McCabe and James Harris and a goal from Oisin Flynn to finish out the game winning by 2 goals with Suncroft never giving up and putting pressure on the Castlemitchell defence.
