Castlemitchell played a very good game against Morefield on Wednesday night in Moorefield. Castlemitchell started brightly but were finding it difficult to put scores over the bar. They continued to play with great movement and attacking play and were soon scoring . They carried the ball out of defence to supply the forwards the ball with options to score . Moorefield continued to play to the end to this enjoyable game.

Castlemitchell and Athy played a very entertaining match tonight for the opening game of the under 11 league. There was everything on show in this game with superb point taking ,free taking and determination from both set of teams to play a wonderful game with defences making great tackles and working the ball out.
