Our under 9s also finished their year by playing St Edwards in Rathcoftey today and put in a fine display by winning on a scoreline of 9 scores to 4.In a first half with the wind they went into a lead of  5 scores to 2 with some fine determined defending and quick movement of the ball to the forwards. In the second half against the wind the still continued with some fine football and finished the game very stong. Team on the day was D Ashton,K Sheehan,L Maher , M Kelly,J Harris,S Adise,O Fennin,A Doyle and J Corcoran. The coaches would like to say well done and thank you to the kids for their fine year and look forward to next year. Thanks also to St Edwards on playing us today and also to Killian and Kieran for refereeing our home games this year.

Our under 7s finished their  year with a fine display against St Edwards GFc in Rathcoffey today. On a windy wet day in Rathcoffey they put  in a spirited display with attacking football and commanding in defence. Team of the day was Ryan Barrett,Oisin Groarke,Lucas O Neil,Killian Power,Zac Dooley,Cian O Rourke,Dean Hyland and Evan Doogue. Well done to their coaches for traininng the lads over the last year.
