Castlemitchell u11s were defeated by Kilcullen by the slightest of margins tonight in Castlemitchell in the last game of the second phase in division 1. It was a game of two halves with Castlemitchell winning the first half and Kilcullen winning the second. It was a game of well taken scores and good defending and movement of the ball. In the first half Castlemitchell were moving the ball better and working it in to score and as the game went on Kilcullen winning in the middle of the park  were scoring . Both teams never gave up and Castlemitchell were unlucky at the end with a missed free.
Well done to both teams for a good game.

Castlemitchell and Sarsfields produced a game of high standard tonight in Castlemitchell. It was a full hearted game between two very good sides with both sides defending strong and attacking with pace. The game started evenly with Castlemitchell advancing before half time to which they never let go. Sarsfields came back in the second half with some well taken points before Castlemitchell finished off with some well taken points.Well done to both teams for an entertaining game.
