Round Towers Clondalkin V Castlemitchell GFC
Castlemitchell GFC travelled to the home of Dublin Manager Jim Gavin Round Towers Clondalkin for a challenge game on Saturday afternoon.
Round Towers started strongly with the first two scores of the Game, Castlemitchell soon settled and with some excellent defending and foot blocking started to get a grip of the game. Castlemitchell started to take their point chances and at half time Castlemitchell led following a very competitive first half.
The second half started very strongly as both sides defended well and kicked some excellent scores. Round Towers started the second half very strongly a scored some excellent points. The Castlemitchell Lads continued to play hard.Castlemitchell finished very strongly and kicked some excellent scores towards the end of the match. Castlemitchell held on for win in what was a very hard competitive game.
