U12s start with win in league

Our under 12s team started the league on Thursday night with a convincing win over Ballyteague in Ballyteague. After making the long trip to Ballyteague we started brightly and continued till the end with great determination in the defence and attacking every ball in midfield to help the forwards score. There was some great point and goals scored on the night.The game finished on a scoreline of Castlemitchell 11-9 to Ballyteague 1-1.

Team of the night was Liam Hickey,Ross Harris,Luke Maher,Mark Kelly,Zoe Harris,James Harris,Ray Kavanagh,Victory Aibangbbe,Saheed Adise,Lorcan Ward,Shane Kelly and Jamie Whelan.
