Castlemitchell 5-7 Castledermot 3-8
In difficult conditions last Sunday morning in Castlemitchell, the home side showed great character and determination to come from 11 points down , to eventually win by 5 points against a very good Castledermot side. Castledermot started very brightly and took the game to the Young Mitchell's, they quickly raced into a big lead before Castlemitchell began to take control.
As the second half wore on, the Mitchell's began to play great football and in a very exciting half, they ran out deserved winners by 5 points.
