Our u9s were playing St Laurences last night in Castlemitchell last night and the game finished level on a scoreline of 15 scores each. St Laurences started very quickly and raced into a lead at half time .We were under pressure for most of the first half and were fininding it difficult to get into the game as St Laurences were playing well and moving the ball nicely. However in the second half we came out of the blocks quicker and got into the game. The defence stopped them from scoring and midfield and our forward stated to put the scores up.It was a tense game near the end but a draw was probably the right result as both teams didnt deserve to looose.
