Castlemitchell under 9s were invited to Eadestown yesterday for a blitz between 6 clubs. On a warm sunny day we travelled to Eadstown where we played and defeated Moorefield ,Two Mile House and Sarsfields to reach the final against Blessington. We were beaten by Blessington by 4 scores on a scoreline of 7 to 3. Team of the day were Daragh Ashton ,Mark kelly,Conor Lamon,Luke Maher,Oisin Fenin,Oisin Flynn,James Harris,Kyle Sheehan,Eamon Lawless,Andrew Doyle,James Corcoran,Temi Williams,Siheed Adise and Mallon Kinsella. In the photos are the team with the runners up trophy,James Harris captain on the day recieving the trophy from Emmet Bolton and the team before the games with their mentors. A big thanks to Eadestown for inviting us and to parents who helped out on the day. Well done lads you can be proud of yourselves.
